In the window Live Mail Message box I receive this message with a yellow triangle when trying to create an email.

A problem occurred when trying to open this message.

A problem has occurred, please try again.

I have run the following PowerShell commands after speaking to Microsoft helpdesk but without success.

powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRootImmersiveControlPanelAppxManifest.xml

dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

The commands were run as administrator.

Any suggestions as to the cause of the problem. I'm now running Windows 10 and

Window Live Mail Version 2011 (Build 15.4.3508.1109)
