I recently got the email that Windows Live Mail 2011 would no longer be able to connect with Outlook.com. So, I downloaded and installed Windows Essential 2012 and installed the required patch. After working through many of the problems mentioned in other posts, I discovered that Windows Live Mail does not find the "Folders on Computer", which are accessible either via Outlook.com or with the Windows 10 mail app. How to I connect them to Windows Mail 2012? I tried importing them from the folder in ..../appdata/local..., but I get a message that there are no mail messages or the folder is in use by another program.  Please suggest options for making my "Folders on Computer" accessible in Windows Live 2012.
