window desktop live and multiple emails

I have windows 10 as of today and 3 of my 4 emails are not working in desktop live.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail ------- account.
Server Error: 3204
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20003

anyone have a clue in Microsoft land?
