I have used Hotmail for over 10 years with same name for the last 4 without any problems untll OUTLOOK. NOW NOTHING WORKS. I have had account appear that I did not initiate and also a process called DELTA SYNC V2.0.0 that does not work with my password linked to my User ID Also I have not gotten NEW MAIL IN MY INBOX  IN OVER 7 DAYS, WHICH IS VERY STRANGE. Should  I do a complete uninstall of Security Essentials and  start over?  Hope someone can help me soon
