Win Essentials 2012 Live Mail

Problem started with unable to delete msgs except by "Move to folder" function, now degreaded to unable to receive/send messages.

Have perforrmed repair all Win Essentials function in Control Panel and uninstalled / installed Win Essentals 2012 to new avail.
