win live 12: how do u enable keyboard shortcuts ??

I have looked 4 how u enable, but I can't find the option to "enable shortcuts"

need to use control P to print message...

How do I get to the options for win live mail 12

when  i sign in, it just takes me to the Microsoft properties for *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

no reference on how to get to the settings for live 12 settings so I can enable
