Have Windows 10.  Win Mail Live stopped working.  Cannot even use third party software like Win Mail Backup 3 because the software won't open so is not recognized by third party software.  Really a waste of money buying this 3rd party software.  They don't give refunds.  All the instructions on the internet of opening Win Mail Live and saving files is worthless when Live will not open.  I need instructions what files to save so I can delete Live Mail and instructions to reinstall the files I've saved after reinstalling Live Mail.
