Lenovo Yoga 2 running Windows 10.  The message "You Have Mail in the Outbox" comes up every time we

activate Windows Live Mail.  Deleting it does no good, neither does clicking on "Yes" or "No".   The odd thing is we have two identical computers, one doesn't do it, the other does.  How can I stop this?
