Hi,

Recently my windows live mail played up with the "incorrect user name/password" (id 0x800ccc92). I have not changed anything and it wouldn't let me in. I then reset with a new password and it worked fine for a week then did the same this morning.

Can anyone please tell me why this keeps happening (ie it used to happen in Vista, 7 and now 10)
