I have some vendors that I cannot print the email. If I hit print, it won't even bring up the printer.
I've tried every possible scenario on printing an email.
I've done some checking and it's the emails that have a logo in the email and the logo also comes in the attachment of the email.
If the same person sent me an email without that logo all is fine.
The only work around I've found is to forward that email to myself and then it will print fine.
This is Windows 10 operating system and windows live mail 2011 Build 15.
I've seen another post about this same thing and they did the same thing I did, Forward it to myself but there was never an actual answer to solve the problem.
