what is the system update readiness tool?  Also, I purchased the 2010 on 12/18/12, and was told you were offering the 2013 in March.  Several people indicated there would be no charge for me to have the 2013 updated in my computer.  Where do I locate the area to indicate vacation on incoming emails?
