why when I try to sign in to my account I get "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different email address or get a new account". and when I try to setup a new account it tells me that that email addressed is in use. How do I reset my account? I have tried to reset it on line but it won't allow me too. The problem started after I got a new laptop with windows 8 on it
