Original Title: Deleted email from Winows Live Mail

My windows live mail is deleting all emails older then 2 weeks old automatically.  It is deleting them from my server also.  Just started out of the blue.  Technical support for my server walked me through to the Properties tab for my email account and under the advanced tab, the delivery options is not available on my program.  Supposedly that is the fix, but that option is not available.  Help!
