Why is Outlook autocorrecting "I’ve" into "I’Ve" and disabling my typing?

When I am typing an email, in the last few weeks, when I type:

I've

Outlook autocorrects it to:

I'Ve

And the email field loses focus. This also happens when I type "I'll." It autocorrects to "I'Ll" and loses focus again. 

Only noticed in the last couple weeks.
