Since Sept. 13, I have received not one single email of any type into my hotmail account - very strange and not realistic to assume nobody has emailed me. therefor, I must presume that something is wrong. But! I can't find anywhere to go to ask for assistance in finding out why my account seems inactive. I can sign in, I changed my password, I deleted some old history thinking maybe I had a full Inbox - all without any change and no newemails. Anybody know what's happening to my account? Microsoft doesn't see to be working so well these days!
