On March 28, I received several emails that were in some kind of code, rather than words and pictures etc.  I have been unable to open them and my service Telus, says it is something to do with Windows Live Mail, as everything to do with my service provide is okay.  I would like these emails resent or at least an explanation as to what has happened.
