Making what once took 1 step now several depending upon if you are downloading or printing the attachment is asinine. Are you going to serve your customers better by going back to the way it was before, (the common sense way)????? This makes no common
sense at all. My client's see your name on every email I send and it would be very difficult for me to change my email and get that out to my client's but if necessary, I will.
Why change something that was simple in one step and make it take several? Is that the Microsoft way?
I cannot be the only one asking this.
Please change this program back to the wise way.
