So it seems Judith went to the same Mircosoft School of support

 

No one is probably going to read this, they will also just copy and paste some drone about going to this link blah blah blah

 

Fob em off for another couple of days...  Just because their mail acconts are locked out doesnt mean their business will deteriorate.

 

So I will once again state that I have submitted a query and also a private support request or whatever someone decides to call it today, but I am still yet to have any success because... all you get from that request is another bloody link telling you to recover or reset your password

 

WHICH IS WHAT I CAN'T DO HENCE WHY I NEED SUPPORT.

 

But thank you Richard and Judith for showing absolutely no commitment to helping me and closing off the thread.

    I cannot verify my account

      Nope... it did not work Richard

      BUT... thank you anyway for closing this thread before I even had chance to check the solution or should I say copy and pased the same old thread of words that I have been continually reading for the past 5 days.

      So what's plan B to help out this very very unhappy customer???

      I cannot verify my account

      5 days ago I got an error when trying to access xbox live using my hotmail account.

      When i tried to login on my computer I got the message "Someone else might be using your account"

      The alternate mail and mobile number are old and I cannot use them to verify my account.

      I click the links and fill in the questionaire but as I dont use this account other than on my xbox I am unable to answer anything like

      Folders you have created

      Recent email subjects

      Recent email contacts

      I am however able to provide my credit card details used on the account

      BUT

      All I get is an automated email saying try again.

      Please help as I have now been trying to resolve this for 5 days now
