I used to have the version of Microsoft's Movie Maker depicted in this youtube video:

This version worked flawlessly. The new version is absolute junk. One problem in particular I am having is trying to figure out how to remove transitions when I cut the video into trims. I select a start time and end time to trim, and it trims it all right, but it insists on adding a fade-in transition. I don't want a fade-in transition. I don't want any transition. But I'm force to choose a transition:

How do I get rid of transitions?

If Microsoft insists on forcing the user to have a transition, where can I download the previous version see in the youtube video?
