I set my font to a certain style, a larger size and save the settings.  When I look at the settings, they are what I want.  When I open a new compose email, the settings are something else.  I have to deliberately change them for each email.  If I space ahead or enter to skip a line, the settings revert back to the unwanted font and small size.  How do I keep my preferences saved so they are the actual default and reliable?
