Every time I try to import a movie file that is .MOV, Movie Maker stops working. A window that says "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available" will always pop up and then the program shuts down.

I never get a solution to the problem though. I have never tried using Movie Maker before. I have windows 8.1 and I don't know how to fix the problem. I have repaired and updated the "Windows Essentials 2012" and it still won't work. Can someone please help me?
