My issue was not resolved. I got a completely canned response: (i) you must not have used your account for over 365 days. NO - it was used every day, up until 5 minutes before I moved the folders that were lost  (ii) Your account must have been hacked. NO - there is no indication of that. Why would a hacker allow few e-mails to be transferred but the rest to be "lost?"

Before locking this posting too, at least try to answer my question before asking me to undelete my lost e-mails...

I am utterly disappointed in the response. I still say - my emails must be somewhere on a server that you (support folks) can access.
