To our customers who have issue on their account or any account related issue, we suggest that you refer to this link for further assistance (select the error you need help with and fill out the requested details on the following page). The Microsoft account forum will soon be retired, the product will be removed from the dropdowns and you will no longer be able to create new threads in this forum.
Note: I’ll be locking this thread. As early as possible we encourage customer to refer to the given link on how to resolve their issue before the Microsoft account forum will decommissioned.
I DID refer immediately to the link, which sent me to another page. There were two links that seemed to apply to my issue, both of which yielded this:
That was yesterday, and I made this printscreen this morning. It was the same yesterday. The original thread was locked, so I could not reply or ask there, forcing me to create this new item.
And I am STILL left not knowing what is up with the security of my account.
Thanks, please help me get this resolved. I have seen no problem with my account on my end. Only that I got that weird "security code" message from outlook.
