in Outlook.com my email account, after attempting several times to download an attachment, will not display the contents of my account. I only get: off, reading, new, and a couple of other things off to the left side of the screen. When I click on any of them I get an hourglass and that's it. However...if I use my wife's computer I see everything as it should be. What's going on?
