I was recently automatically upgraded from Hotmail to Outlook.com. The following are the issues I have with Outlook:

1. I only receive emails from the Outlook Team.
2. I can send emails successfully.
3. When I respond to a test email from Outlook sent to my other email account, the response is received by my Alias account and not Outlook.
4. When I send an email to the Outlook account, it is returned "failed delivery".
5. In my Hotmail account I selected the forwarding feature to the Outlook account, but nothing was received by outlook.
