When I try to sign into my Hotmail/Outlook account , the Microsoft account main screen  comes up, then I have to go to "Email and Communication," "..My hotmail account is blocked..."", then the Hotmail label finally appears on the Right hand side of the screen , clicking on that will finally get me into the account.
