I have had hotmail for years....Now I am being told I have to enter a way for you to contact me and it won't let me.  I have an airline reservation in my email.  I need it.  It cost me $100's of dollars.  Please give me my email.  I am too old for this frustration.  How are you even going to respond.  I can't get my email.  I hate this.  I want my hotmail back. Please give me back access to my personal email.  Please.  I guess the only way you can get a hold of me is using my work number  559.998.4982.  Please I am so upset and I am crying.  If I had realized that my hotmail was going to be taken away just because I don't want to give my home phone number out-I would have signed with some other e-mail.

I will be at the work number from 0800 to 3pm on Tuesday August 13.
