I've created a Hotmail account with an email address I already own.

I didn't use the account for a few months and decided to use it

Some message about Office 365 came up when I tried to open the inbox so I closed the account

Now it won't let me create an account with the same email address.

Can you please allow me to create the account with the same email address.
