Hi I have just purchased a new Samsung laptop and have gone into my email account which now says outlook and when I click on new to send an email nothing happens. I first used the app on my computer and was able to compose an email and attach files which when I sent went straight to outbox. So I opened up my email account through internet explorer and the outbox option was no longer visible but I couldn't compose and email nothing comes up. I have tried a number of times!!!! help
