Why can’t i access my emails?

My account has been rejected by outlook, is there any way for me to fix this. I need to check my emails as it is a school related account. Can someone help me please??!?!? IT'S SUPER URGENT!!

This is what i get when i try to log into outlook....... ((((???THIS ACCOUNT CAN'T BE USED TO ACCESS OUTLOOK???))))
