We've been using hotmail/outlook for 3 years with very little trouble, however we now seem to be having quite major issues. We dont seem to be able to find previous e-mails to and from our customers by putting there e-mail address in the search bar ? Its always usually worked but now we dont seem to be able to pull them up at all ?? PLEASE HELP
