I have tried about 20 different combinations of one of my customers name (including one combination that had a 10 digit random number at the end).  Outlook.com wouldn't approve any of them.  I just keep getting the message that the ***.outlook.com or ***.hotmail.com isn't available.  There has to be something wrong.  No combination that I try works and after every try I have to re-enter the Captcha.  Anyone know what I might be doing wrong?  I've tried this in IE and Chrome.
