Hi.

Can anyone help me with a persistent problem? I have contacted live support and got NO help what so ever. I have blocked an email address and I am still getting emails from that address. They told me that "we have searched your account and see that it is still in the safe sender box". Which is WASNT! It was right there in the blocked sender list. I took the computer to staples to see if they could help, and all they told me was "when you get another one, just send it to the junk folder, the sender is apparently bypassing something somewhere". Really???? Can some one please help???? Thanks!
