I set up live.com accounts for my 2 daughters when the live.com domain was first introduced. I went through all the steps of verifying that I am an adult and giving them both consent to use the Microsoft services. Why now am I being told to give consent for my 13 year old daughter consent and why is a credit card required of me again and why am I being charged $0.50 again in order for my daughter to use her email????
