Why am I automatically sent to: https://rendezvous.skype.com/skypeinoutlook-iframe.html?origin=bay173.mail.live.com and not able to stay logged on?

WHy am I automatically redirected to :  https://rendezvous.skype.com/skypeinoutlook-iframe.html?origin=bay173.mail.live.com?  It is a blank page and I'm not able to access outlook for more than 2 seconds.
