Which account is being hacked?

I received the following automatic e-mail from the Microsoft Account Team:

Here's the code you need to verify your account: XXXXXXX

If you didn't request this code, someone might be trying to use your account. To protect the security of your account, we recommend that you sign in to https://account.live.com and change your password.

However, I have several Microsoft accounts.  How do I know which one is being referred to?  I don't want to change every password.
