Where will I find my Outlook preference files?

I too have this problem, but I don't have any preference file. The only com.microsoft prefs file I have is the licensing pref file.

What else can I try to fix this? I'm having to rebuild my database daily. It's a 3GB file with 12,000 items in my inbox.
