Original Title: How to download photo's.

Look - I'm sorry about this but I'm just trying to download some photo's from my camera to my computer.  The Help Desk said "Open Photo Gallery" but how do I do this ? where is photo gallery ? what does it look like ? how do I get to it ?? why o why can't I find someone who describes EXACTLY how things are done ?
