I have been sending my daughter emails since birth with pictures and notes and am very careful to log in regularly to keep the account active. The last time I logged in was august 2013.two days ago the account wasnt accepting emails so tried to log in to find the password wont work. Went through security and changed password. Got in but all my emails are gone. Nothing is there. I have tried to restore but that doesnt work. Im very very distressed as it looks like outlook without any notice has wiped out the first few years of her life and ruined her 18th birthday gift.  I need these back asap.
