I no longer have access to two of my 3 accounts. How do I recover them? I used all 3 accounts just last night. They are all used daily.

Two of these accounts were Hotmail and one was live.com

I only seem to have the live.com account at this point.....so how do I get back the other two that were also listed?

ps....obviously that means I lost ALL of my emails stored in those two accounts that are now ?gone?
