Hi there-

I, like many others here, am having a pretty startling problem with my Hotmail account.  I have been a PAYING Hotmail subscriber, active  DAILY, since 1995.  I recently had the need to search my old emails, and to my dismay, I can only find emails dating to 2004 and later.  Everything earlier than that seems to be missing.  This is unacceptable, especially considering that I have paid for this service for years.

Please add me to the list of upset users that needs this data recovered, as soon as possible.  If you need to add me to a private message forum, please do so immediately.  Thank you.
