I have just installed Windows 7 on my desktop and at the same time on my wife's laptop, that worked perfectly. I then downloaded and installed Windows Live Mail 2011 on both computers.

I then started to configure WLM on both of them to the view we wanted on each, I have my own pop3 server and so I was able to start recieving emails Quite quickly.

I was testing things and making adjustments by sending e-mails back and forth from one comuter to the other when suddenly my desktop went wrong.

When an e-mail is recieved on my server it is then downloaded to my desktop and AVG does a popup saying it is scanning e-mails, the emails then disappear and no incoming sound is played.

I have checked every folder without finding them. The strange thing about this is that I can send E-Mail from that account.

I have added my account to my wife's laptop and it works perfectly.

I have tried the following without success.

I have tried the repair function from Uninstal/repair facility.

I have tried the Uninstal function from Uninstal/repair facility and then re-installed from download.

I have tried removing all trace of the program from program files together with the message store from AppData, then reinstall.

Where are my E-mails going ???     Can anyone help with this please.
