when I try to sign on to Outlook.com

the " *** Email address is removed for privacy ***"    example log on e-mail name is present.

When I try to log in, it's like my log on email address is overlapping the *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and it is not disappearing.

I can't log on from my laptop please help.
