*** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I have been using for about 10 years and is my main account that I check daily.  It is now saying it doesn't exist when I try and log in, I tried to recover account but it didn't recognise it?  

I have tried from numerous devices and checked address is 100% correct and without any doubt this is the correct email address.

I have started this one up in the mean time but really need my old one back. 

Could someone please investigate.  I spoke to chat on tech support, they just said if it doesn't exist there is nothing they can do.

However, there must be logs or something that prove this account as existed for the last 10 years and show what has happened to it.
