e-mail, it states it is set up, and we get the Outlook screen, BUT when I e-mail him I get an error message, can anyone help me.  When I called the 800 number I found on Bing, it was a fake company requesting to allow them to come onto my PC, when I refused they called me back and harrahed me.  Can anyone tell me why this is happening?
