When I send mail it shows me as SPAM! HELP!

I have big problem , when I send mail so anyone when they receive that mail it shows like this -'' [SPAM] 2014 MOS and ACA World Championships & Upcoming Webcasts  ''  So automatically everybody ignores me... my mail is new few weeks and its like this from day one. Please help
