When I save a film with Windows MovieMaker 2012 the output is blocky and pixelated. How do I solve this?

System :    HP Pavilion TS 15 Notebook PC

Processor: Intel i5

RAM:        8GB

OS:           Windows 8.1

This happens when saving as either a WMA or a MP4.

Anyone got any ideas?
