When I reply to an outlook message, my reply shows below the original email, not above. Is it possible to change this?

My reply is always at the bottom of the email chain.  Is this somehow related to my signature, which also shows up at the bottom?  Can I change this?  I haven't tried not using a signature on replies  Will this help?
