This happens intermittently and with 4-5 customers only for the most part.  One  customer has a large legal firm and has a technical person on staff.  He checked in to the problem and told me I needed to pose the question to:  Microsoft, Hotmail, etc. for help.  I'm told that I can only get support via this forum.  Can someone please help me find a resolution to this problem?
