When I open a photo in Photo Gallery and then click on Edit, Organize or Share, it opens every photo on my computer as a thumbnail

Trying to edit a photo in PG.


 I click on a thumbnail and photo opens in PG. I then click on Edit, Organize or Share and every photo on my computer opens as a thumbnail, thousands.


How do I stop this so only the photo I have selected opens. This is the third time I have submitted this question without an  answer
